The only Champagne house dedicated solely to the production of Rosé Champagne. It is a high-end collaboration between the Perrin family (Château de Beaucastel), the Péters family (Champagne Pierre Péters).
Appearance: A delicate blush pink or "rose petal" hue.
Nose: Notes of white flowers, redcurrant, wild strawberry, and subtle smoky or toasted almond accents.
Palate: Fresh and vibrant with a creamy mousse, featuring citrus, candied fruit, and a persistent chalky minerality.

ER1: The inaugural 2020 release, based on the 2016 vintage.
Unlike many rosé champagnes made by adding red wine, Fleur de Miraval uses the saignée method for its Pinot Noir to achieve a more elegant, non-tannic profile.
The Blend: Typically 75% Grand Cru Chardonnay (for acidity and minerality) and 25% Pinot Noir (for red fruit energy).
Aging: Uses a "perpetual reserve" system dating back to 2007 to provide depth and complexity.
