A rare, complex white wine from one of Provence's most iconic estates. Known for its "buttery and complex" style, this vintage is highly regarded for its balance of aromatic intensity and refreshing acidity.
Tasting Profile: Expect aromas of white flowers, honeyed candied fruit, and fresh almonds, often with a distinct mineral frame from the estate's limestone soils.
Unique Blend: Unlike most Provence whites, it is dominated by Rhône varieties: 69% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne, and a small amount of 5% Chardonnay, 3% Grenache Blanc, and 3% Clairette.
Vineyard: Sourced from only 2 hectares of north-facing white vines in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, which helps maintain freshness in the hot Provence climate.
Winemaking: The wine is farmed organically and aged for 12 months in a mix of oak barrels and demi-muids. Each variety is vinified separately to preserve its individual character.
