Certified organic red wine from the Southern Rhône valley, known for its concentration and value. Crafted by the four-generation Saurel family, it is typically a blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah (or sometimes Mourvèdre depending on the specific cuvée/source).
Nose: An "aromatic explosion" of wild strawberry, ripe black cherry, and raspberry, layered with violet, lavender, and peppery garrigue.
