A highly precise, classical dry white Burgundy wine made from 100% Chardonnay. Produced by the historic 7th-generation Domaine Servin, this vintage is particularly celebrated for its intense, terroir-driven minerality and exceptional structural tension.
The Nose: A complex bouquet characterized by pink grapefruit, tart orange, green apple, dried flowers, and heavy limestone minerality.
The Palate: Deep, full-bodied, and laser-focused. It offers a sharp bead of acidity alongside a satiny texture and an assertive mineral undertow.
The Finish: Very long, clean, and youthfully zesty, closing out with notes of salty flint and bitter citrus peel
Vine Age: Sourced from a tiny parcel of 50-year-old vines (among the estate's oldest)
Terroir: Steep, southwest-facing limestone-clay slopes rich in fossilized oyster-shell Kimmeridgian sub-strata
Vinification: 100% fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve strict fruit purity and flinty focus.
