Produced by the legendary Jean-Marc Roulot, this village-level wine is often considered to punch well above its weight, with many critics comparing its quality to that of a Premier Cru. The blend primarily sources from the Clos de la Baronne lieu-dit (approx. 60%), supplemented by parcels in Les Crotots, Les Gruyaches, Les Vireuils, and Sous la Velle.
Aromas: A perfumed and classic nose featuring ripe apple, peach skin, and citrus peel, accented by white flowers, toasted hazelnuts, and subtle spice.
Palate: Creamy and lush yet "razor-sharp" with high racy acidity. It displays mid-palate volume with flavors of stone fruit, lemon, and a distinct flinty or chalky minerality.
