A highly sought-after white Burgundy known for its precision, elegance, and distinct mineral character. This vintage is characterized by a "gourmand, charming profile" with a long, saline finish, reflecting the shallow, stony limestone soils of the 1.38-hectare walled vineyard. Fermented in oak barriques (approximately 15-18% new) and aged sur lie for 11 months before being racked to stainless steel for an additional 7 months.
Profile: A chiseled style featuring aromas of pear skin, green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers, balanced by hazelnut and "oyster shell" minerality.
