An energetic, cool-climate Pinot Noir crafted from 30-to-45-year-old vines grown across two hectares in Pernand-Vergelesses and Échevronne.
Aroma: Highly aromatic, highlighting an ebullient floral bouquet, fresh raspberry, cranberry, and bright red cherry.
Palate: Medium-bodied, soft, and well-rounded with a deep, chalky mineral streak and lively, zippy acidity.
Winemaking: Aged for 10 months using a combination of two-thirds stainless steel tanks and one-third used oak barrels (no new oak) before being bottled early to preserve its snappy fruit profile.
