Produced by Virginie Moreau-Naudet using organic and biodynamic principles, this vintage is noted for its surprising texture and concentration despite its entry-level status. The fruit is hand-harvested—a rarity for this appellation—and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
