(2023 Vintage) Highly regarded white Burgundy crafted from a small 0.27-hectare parcel in the Voillenot-Dessous climat. For the 2023 vintage, Jacques Carillon produced wines described as rich and generous, though slightly more open-knit and less concentrated than the 2022s.
Nose: Aromas of peach, orange oil, apple, and white fruit blossoms with subtle hints of beeswax and integrated oak.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a rounded texture and lower acidity than previous years. It is often described as "forward" and "giving," with a slightly less mineral edge compared to Carillon's Puligny-Montrachet.
