A single-vineyard white wine from the Jura region of France, specifically from one of the most prestigious terroirs in Arbois. This vintage is noted for its complexity and focus, reflecting the estate's biodynamic farming and Burgundian-influenced winemaking style.
Aromatic Profile: It features an enticing nose of lemon flesh, cedar, wet stone, and flinty aspects. You may also find notes of orchard fruit, white peach, and orange zest.
Palate: The wine is described as forward and precise with notable flavor concentration. It offers a silky structure with flavors of red apple and citrus, balanced by a crisp, linear finish and saline minerality.
Style: Unlike traditional oxidative Jura wines, this is a "topped-up" (ouillé) style that emphasizes purity and freshness, though it often shows a characteristic "reductive" flinty or struck-match note.
Terroir: Hails from the Grand Curoulet vineyard, a north-facing site with marl soils that facilitate late ripening and produce wines with high intensity and "cool" character.

Vinification: Grapes are lightly crushed and fermented in a mix of large oak foudres and 500L barrels with no new oak to preserve the terroir.
