A highly regarded "cult" red wine from Provence, France. This vintage is characterized by its elegance and harmony, following a marginally cooler and damper year.
Aromas: Intense carmine red with purple hints. The nose features powerful notes of ripe red and black fruits (cassis, blackberry), accented by white pepper, liquorice, and dark chocolate.
Palate: Full-bodied yet fresh, with refined, high-quality tannins and a long finish. You may notice hints of eucalyptus, pine, and garrigue (Mediterranean herbs).
Composition: A signature 50/50 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
Production: Organically farmed with non-interventionist winemaking. The wine is fermented using whole clusters and aged in large oak foudres for approximately 24 months.
Aging Potential: While it can be enjoyed in its youth with decanting, it is designed for longevity, typically peaking between 5 to 25 years.
Food Pairing: Ideally paired with lamb, which complements the wine's rich and intense style.
