A highly-regarded red Burgundy characterized by its classic, "sauvage" Nuits-Saint-Georges profile. In the 2020 vintage, critics found it surprisingly "svelte" and energetic despite the warmth of the year, showing excellent aging potential.
Nose: Aromas of red and black currants, dark cherries, raw cocoa, and newly turned earth, with subtle hints of "spit-roasted venison" and smoky topnotes.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a powerful, muscled structure characteristic of the Pruliers vineyard. It features bright acidity, mineral drive, and firm but seamless tannins.
