A highly regarded, artisanal French rosé known for its vibrant freshness, elegant complexity, and food-friendly versatility. Produced by the celebrated Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate under the direction of winemaker Laurent Charvin, this vintage continues the domain's tradition of low-intervention, certified-organic viticulture.
Appearance: Pale, delicate light-salmon pink.
Aroma: Engaging and lifted bouquet featuring wild berries, ripe strawberries, citrus zest, and subtle Provençal herbs.
Palate: Silky, mineral-driven, and fleshy. It balances generous red fruit flavors (like cherry and raspberry) with stone fruit notes, refreshing acidity, and an elegant, dry finish.
Texture: It offers a bit more body and structure than a standard light Provence rosé, giving it a satisfying, "old school" complexity while remaining incredibly crisp and quaffable.
Grape Varieties: Predominantly a Southern Rhône red blend consisting of Grenache and Cinsault, sometimes rounded out with small percentages of Carignan, Mourvèdre, or Bourboulenc.
Farming Practices: 100% Certified Organic, estate-grown, and hand-harvested.
Winemaking Style: Traditional vinification using concrete tanks (no oak barrels) to fully preserve natural fruit purity and crisp minerality.
Food Pairings:
Poultry: Roasted chicken, grilled turkey breast, or duck salad.
Seafood: Seared salmon, Mediterranean bouillabaisse, or grilled prawns.
Light Bites: Charcuterie boards, goat cheese crostini, or fresh summer salads featuring herbs and olive oil
