A premium Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG that highlights the unique terroir of the region. Its name, "Crede," refers to the local dialect for the clay-rich soils found on the steep hills of Valdobbiadene, which allow the grapes to develop a distinct mineral character and deep aromatic complexity.
Appearance: brilliant straw yellow with noticeable lime-green highlights and a very fine, persistent mousse (bubbles).
Aroma: Intense and fresh, featuring notes of wildflowers, green apple, and ripe pear, with subtle citrus and saline undertones.
Palate: Balanced and savory, mirroring the fruity aromas with a rich, mineral-driven finish that provides a clean and elegant aftertaste.
Grape Blend: Primarily Glera (85%), often blended with small amounts of Pinot Bianco and Verdiso to enhance structure and acidity.
