Rigorously traditional; fermented in stainless steel and aged for approximately two years in large oak botti. 2022 was a hot and dry year in Piedmont, resulting in an early harvest but wines that are surprisingly approachable and fresh.
Character: A full-bodied wine known for its finesse and "backbone of sweet, dusty tannins".
Aromas: Notes of rose petals, sour cherry, black truffle, sweet tobacco, cedar, and mint.
