A white wine produced by the De Forville family in the Piedmont region of Italy. Most commonly associated with their Chardonnay, this vintage is noted for being brisk, clean, and surprisingly full-bodied for an unoaked wine. Vinified and aged exclusively in stainless steel to preserve freshness and floral aromatics.
Palate: Brisk and dry with a "satiny" depth from brief lees aging. You can expect flavors of lemon curd, sun-warmed pear, and a flinty backbone.
Pairing: Pairs exceptionally well with starters, fish dishes, pasta with seafood, or light summer fare like Caprese salad.
