100% Pinot Noir wine from a rising star in Burgundy who specializes in high-altitude, organic farming. The estate is ECOCERT organic certified. Winemaking is traditional, using hand-harvesting, destemming, and aging in mostly neutral oak barrels (typically 10-20% new) to preserve fruit purity.
Vineyard: "En Cré" is a single-vineyard site located in a protected valley between Saint-Aubin and Saint-Romain. The high altitude and limestone-heavy soils contribute to the wine's characteristic freshness.
