A dry, biodynamically-farmed rosé from the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence region of France. Produced by Domaine de Sulauze, this vintage continues the winery's tradition of low-intervention winemaking, utilizing native yeasts and minimal sulfur.
Aromas & Flavors: Expect bright notes of blood orange, fresh strawberries, and rose hips, complemented by hints of lavender and Provençal herbs.
Blend: Typically a mix of Southern Rhône varieties, often including Grenache (approx. 60–70%), Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and a small percentage of Rolle (Vermentino) for added richness and aromatic freshness.
