Style: A dry, refreshing, and pale-pink rosé known for its "Camarguais" character—a distinct saltiness or salinity derived from the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the mineral-rich soils of the Rhône river delta.
Nose: Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, white flowers, and citrus zest.
Palate: Bright and vivid with flavors of red berries, green apple, and exotic fruits like lychee or mango, finishing with a crisp, saline mineral thread.
Grapes: It is primarily a blend of Caladoc (a crossing of Grenache and Malbec), often mixed with Merlot and Marselan.
