A bold, structured red wine from the Madiran region in Southwest France. Produced by the Lesgourgues family, it is a blend typically composed of Tannat and Cabernet Franc.
Nose: Expressive aromas of fresh fruit, specifically cherry, blackcurrant, and plum, with subtle notes of citrus and green pepper.
Palate: Supple and velvety mouthfeel with dominant red fruit flavors. Unlike many traditional Madiran wines known for harsh tannins, the "Magenta" style is designed to be more accessible and fresh.
