Nose: Intense aromas of blackcurrants, mulberries, plum sauce, and raspberry confiture, accented by notes of graphite, spicy oak, tobacco, and black tea.
Palate: Full-bodied and rich with "brooding intensity." It features polished, velvety tannins and a seamless, lengthy finish with hints of licorice, espresso, and chocolate.
Style: Modern and opulent, described as a "USA style" Bordeaux due to its bold fruit and smooth texture.
Composition: A blend of 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
