Nose: Intense aromas of dark cherry, plum, and blackberry, layered with toasted notes, smoke, and spices.
Palate: Rich flavors of dark plum, cassis, and crushed raspberry, accented by white pepper and a flinty mineral finish.
Blend: Typically 60–70% Merlot, 20–30% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Winemaker: Crafted by Amélie Aubert (7th generation) with consulting from renowned oenologist Michel Rolland.
Vineyard: Sourced from 35–40 year old vines planted in sandy-gravel and clay-limestone soils.
Aging: Matured in oak for approximately 20 months to achieve its signature balance and elegance.
