A highly sought-after, small-production red Burgundy known for its elegance and sensual profile. This vintage is particularly acclaimed, with critics describing it as "especially successful" and "very classy". Often described as "iron hands in a velvet glove," it balances transparency and finesse with a durable, solid structure.
Limited Production: Only five barrels were produced in the 2020 vintage.
Methods: Cécile Tremblay utilizes biodynamic farming, traditional foot pressing, and native yeast fermentation, with maturation in French oak.
Aroma: An "airy" and "hauntingly fine" bouquet featuring orange rind, raspberries, red plums, and rose petals, accented by traces of spices and wilted rose.
Palate: Medium to full-bodied with a velvety, seamless texture. It offers an ample core of vibrant fruit framed by fine tannins and a "silver bead of acidity".
