Created by the family-run Castell d'Age estate, which is known for its pioneering role in organic and biodynamic farming, these wines are part of the "Hands Off" collaboration designed for accessibility and portability—often sold in 250ml cans.
Production Philosophy: True to its name, the wine follows a "hands-off" approach, meaning it is made with zero added sulfites (0% SO2), no filtration, and no clarification. It uses indigenous yeasts and is certified both organic and biodynamic.
