The Blend: Typically composed of 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Nero, and 10% Pinot Bianco sourced from dozens of certified organic vineyard plots.

Reserve Integration: The house blends 20% to 30% of its finest past vintage reserve wines into the assemblage, imparting a deeper structure and exceptional consistency.

The "Edizione" Evolution: Recent releases feature an "Edizione" number on the label (e.g., Edizione 46 or 47), which catalogs the specific multi-vintage recipe and tracking history of the bottling.

The Berry Spa: Grapes undergo a patented washing and drying system upon arrival at the winery to ensure absolute fruit purity prior to pressing.

Extended Maturation: Ca' del Bosco ages this cuvée for 25 to 28 months on the lees—well beyond the region's 18-month legal requirement—yielding a remarkably fine perlage and creamy texture.
