Widely considered a "stunner" from a classic, high-quality vintage in Piedmont. Produced by traditionalist estate Azienda Agricola Brovia, this single-vineyard Barolo from the Serralunga d'Alba subregion is noted for its immense power, structural depth, and long-term aging potential.
Nose: Intense and complex, featuring wild berry, cassis, blood orange, iris, and campfire ash, alongside earthy notes like truffle and new leather.
Palate: Full-bodied and firm. Expect succulent black cherry, crushed raspberry, and licorice, supported by tightly knit, fine-grained tannins and bright acidity.
Finish: Closes on a distinct "iron-like" or drying mineral note.
