A crisp, dry white wine from the Catalonia region of Spain. Produced by the Bohigas family—who have been growing grapes in the Anoia river valley since 1290—it is a still wine made from the Xarel·lo grape, which is traditionally used to make Cava.
Aroma: Expect a vibrant start with fresh pineapple, green apple, and citrus, evolving into more complex notes of apricot, peach, and orange blossom.
Palate: It is known for its high acidity and a "salty" minerality. You may notice a slight waxy texture (beeswax) balanced by aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
Style: Light-bodied (typically around 12% ABV), refreshing, and organic-focused.
