A highly acclaimed red blend from Haro, Rioja, recognized for its complexity and aging potential.
Tasting Notes: A deep cherry-red color with intense aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberries, blueberries), spices (clove, vanilla), and toasted nuances of cocoa. On the palate, it is balanced with integrated acidity and polished tannins.
Blend: Approximately 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, with small amounts of Mazuelo and Graciano.
Vinification: Fermented in large oak vats with indigenous yeasts. The wine undergoes a meticulous aging process: 26 months in French oak barrels (40% new), followed by at least 18 months in the bottle before release.
