A concentrated and structured Pinot Noir from the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy, France. Known for its exceptional density, this wine is crafted from "Very Old Vines" (Très Vieilles Vignes) and is built for significant long-term aging. Sourced from two specific lieux-dits: Les Quartiers de Nuits and Les Violettes. Aged for 16 to 18 months in 100% new oak casks and bottled non-filtered.
Aromas: Red cherry kirsch, spices, orange peel, and savory undertones.
Palate: Full-bodied and rich with "coarse-grained tannins" that require time to soften.
