An organic red Burgundy crafted from Pinot Noir vines with an average age of 50 years. Located adjacent to the Ruchottes-Chambertin Grand Cru, this vineyard produces an intense, structured wine that is often noted for its "new age Burgundy bounce" and vibrant energy in the 2019 vintage. Spends 18 to 20 months aging in 100% new oak casks; the wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
Critics describe the wine as "vibrant and energetic" with a "touch wild" aromatics. It is characterized by a "savory and classic" style typical of the domaine's focus on deep, concentrated fruit and fine-grained tannins.
