A highly sought-after, dry California rosé primarily made from the Portuguese grape variety Touriga Nacional. Crafted by winemakers Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts, it is celebrated as an ultra-precise, refreshing wine with a distinct European edge.
Grapes: 92% Touriga Nacional 8% Trincadeira
Flavor Profile: Bright and zesty with aromas of wild strawberry, watermelon rind, juicy melon, citrus, and blood orange, underscored by a distinctive savory herb character.
Texture & Finish: Bone-dry, light-to-medium bodied, and driven by a mineral-heavy acidity with a crisp, saline-tinged snap at the finish
Winemaking Process: Grapes are organically farmed and hand-harvested. They are lightly crushed by foot to achieve a vivid salmon-pink hue, then fermented with native yeasts and full malolactic conversion entirely in stainless steel vats to lock in freshness.
The grapes are sourced across several distinct, organically farmed California vineyards to maximize complexity:
Luchsinger Vineyard (Clear Lake AVA): Features rocky, volcanic soils at a 1,400-foot elevation.
St. Amant / Amador County: Features sandy granitic loam at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
St. Jorge Vineyard (Lodi): Composed of granitic alluvial soils cooled by delta breezes
Thanks to its robust structure and precise acidity, this wine is exceptionally food-friendly. It pairs beautifully with:
Fresh seafood dishes like crab cakes or grilled shrimp rissoles
Spicy Asian cuisine, including Pad Thai
Summer picnic layouts featuring charcuterie, light snacks, and goat cheese
