A highly natural, small-production amber wine (orange wine) made from 100% Rkatsiteli grapes in the Kakheti region of Georgia.
Nose: Prominent, complex aromas of dried apricots, yellow plums, honey, and subtle toasted almonds or vanilla.
Palate: Light-to-medium-bodied but heavily textured. It carries a lively, zippy acidity alongside firm, chalky tannins that give it a clean, dry, and slightly grippy finish.
Skin-Contact Vibe: It is fermented in traditional underground clay vessels called qvevri with extended skin contact, resulting in a rich amber color and low-intervention profile.
Strict Natural Methods: The estate relies on organic farming, indigenous yeasts, no filtration, and no added sulfites, making it a staple at natural wine events like RAW WINE.
Varietal Clones: Depending on the batch, you may encounter the standard amber Rkatsiteli or the rarer, copper-hued Vardisperi Rkatsiteli clone.
Food Pairings: Its unique structural weight and tannic grip make it robust enough to pair with roasted poultry, spicy savory dishes, vegetable salads, or white fish.
