A highly regarded, additive-free spirit known for its "single estate" approach, where every bottle is crafted from agave harvested from a specific field and year to showcase unique terroir.
General Tasting Notes: Each year and plot will have it's own unique flavor profiles.
Aroma: Zesty green agave, mint, vanilla, and orange blossom.
Palate: A balance of sweet cooked agave, light caramel, and white pepper, evolving into notes of stone fruit and bruleed grapefruit.
Finish: Long, creamy, and dry with lingering spices and soft tannins.
Aging: Rested for exactly 8 weeks and 8 days (the minimum for a reposado is 2 months) in used American Oak whiskey barrels.
Method: Agaves are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 48 hours, fermented with natural airborne yeast, and double-distilled in copper pot stills.
