A highly acclaimed, ultra-premium tequila often called the "Pappy Van Winkle of tequilas" for its complexity and rarity. Created by Master Distiller Germán González, it was originally intended for his private stock and is uniquely aged for approximately five years in three distinct types of barrels.
Nose: Black cherries, vanilla, honeysuckle, and apples.
Palate: Layers of chocolate, toffee, crème brûlée, and butterscotch balanced by earthy agave and subtle smokiness.
Finish: Long and spicy with notes of cinnamon, cloves, and oak.
Unique Barrel Blend: It is aged in a combination of ex-Scotch whisky (50%), Sherry (25%), and French Limousin Cognac (25%) barrels.
Additive-Free: It is widely regarded as a high-quality, additive-free spirit that maintains its agave character despite the long aging process.
