Nikka Days is a blended Japanese whisky designed for "every day" casual drinking, prioritizing a bright, approachable profile over intense complexity.
Nose: Fresh and floral with notes of white flowers, orange blossoms, pear, and citrus.
Palate: Light and smooth, featuring flavors of malted cereals, toffee, roasted nuts, and vanilla.
Finish: A clean, short-to-medium finish with hints of dry apricot, vanilla, and a very "elusive" touch of peat smoke.
The Blend: It combines mellow grain whiskies (including Nikka's signature Coffey Grain) with slightly peated malts from the Miyagikyo and Yoichi distilleries.
