Additive-free spirit that focuses on the purest possible expression of agave. It is founded by Eduardo "Lalo" González—grandson of the legendary Don Julio González—and David R. Carballido.
Nose: Bright aromas of cooked agave, sweet potato, cinnamon, and citrus zest.
Palate: A silky, viscous mouthfeel with flavors of tropical fruit, white pepper, and herbal undertones like mint.
Finish: Crisp and refreshing with a gentle warmth and a lingering peppery spice.
Ingredients: Only three components—fully mature Blue Weber agave, champagne yeast, and deep well water.
Production: Made in the Highlands (Los Altos) of Jalisco, Mexico (NOM 1468). The agave is cooked in traditional brick ovens and twice-distilled in copper pot stills.
Style: LALO currently produces only blanco tequila, with no aged expressions (like Reposado or Añejo) in their standard lineup.
