An additive-free, ultra-premium tequila crafted at the family-owned La Cofradia distillery (NOM 1137) in Tequila, Jalisco. It is characterized by its pale straw hue and a flavor profile that balances cooked agave with subtle spice.
Aroma: Caramelized cooked agave, roasted red pepper, cinnamon, and roasted pineapple.
Palate: Silky mouthfeel with notes of hazelnut, vanilla, and a touch of sweetness.
Production Method: Made from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at peak ripeness (7-8 years). The agave is slow-roasted in traditional masonry stone ovens and twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills with copper coils.
Aging Process: Rested for 6 months in reclaimed American whiskey (bourbon) barrels.
