Corralejo Reposado Tequila has a golden hue from being aged for four months in a curated blend of oak barrels.
Nose: Reviewers from Liquor.com note a clean, herbaceous agave character, with hints of green fruit, unripe peach, caramel, vanilla, and honey. Other reviewers on Distiller found notes of honey-covered pears and agave with a touch of oak and pepper.
Palate: It opens with a sweet, round, and silky mouthfeel, where the natural sweetness of agave is complemented by flavors of caramel and simple syrup. Notes of pineapple, brown sugar, and a hint of stone fruit are also present.
