Alto Canto Blanco Tequila is a premium, additive-free spirit known for its smooth profile with notes of citrus, pepper, and fresh agave. It is crafted at the highest-altitude distillery in Mexico, using artisanal methods like traditional brick ovens and a volcanic rock wheel (tahona) for milling.
Features a crisp, clean profile with vibrant notes of roasted agave, lime zest, white pepper, and mineral hints. The palate is described as silky, with flavors of sweet agave nectar, grapefruit, and, according to official notes, touches of vanilla and caramel.
