Cream sherry from Jerez, Spain, is celebrated for its smooth, mellow sweetness. Since its launch in 1882, it has become the top-selling sherry globally.
Unique Blend: Unlike single-style sherries, it is a complex blend of four distinct styles: Fino, Amontillado, Oloroso, and the naturally sweet Pedro Ximénez (PX).
Flavor Profile: It features a rich mahogany color and a palate defined by notes of roasted nuts, raisins, and caramel, with a subtly spicy finish.
The Blue Bottle: It is easily identified by its iconic Bristol-blue glass bottle. Modern labels often feature thermochromatic ink that turns blue when the wine has reached its ideal serving temperature (approx. 50–54°F or 10–12°C).
