Flavor Profile: It is medium-dry with a round, mellow finish. Primary tasting notes include rustic banana bread, melon, roasted nuts, and a hint of spice.
Grade (Futsu-shu): This is the most common category of sake in Japan, often called "everyday" or table sake. It does not follow the strict polishing requirements of premium grades like Junmai or Ginjo, allowing for a more affordable house pour without sacrificing quality.
