Tozai Living Jewel is a light, easy-drinking Junmai sake from the Kizakura brewery in Kyoto, Japan. Named after Japan’s colorful "living jewel" koi fish, it is known for being an approachable and versatile "everyday" sake.
Style: Medium-bodied and dry (SMV +6.5).
Aromas: Hints of white grape, anise, and sweet rice.
Palate: Notes of citrus, white pepper, and fresh herbs with a slightly creamy texture.
Finish: Long, clean, and refreshing.
Rice Type: 100% Koshihikari.
Polishing Ratio (Seimaibuai): 70%.
