A bright, coastal-inspired Japanese sake crafted by Kumazawa Brewing Company. Located in Kanagawa Prefecture near the Shonan coastline, the brewery designs this sake to mirror the region's vibrant surf culture.
Aroma: Delivers a crisp, fresh nose with hints of cooked cream, grape, and subtle pine sap.
Palate: Balanced and easy-drinking. It yields dominant notes of green melon, green apple, and brown rice. Expect an undercurrent of oceanic salinity and a touch of yeasty fortune-cookie umami.
Finish: Lighter-bodied, clean, and dry with a distinct salted melon finish
Classification Grade: Tokubetsu Honjozo. The term Tokubetsu means "special," indicating a highly refined production technique. A small amount of pure distilled alcohol is added before pressing. This creates a lighter, smoother profile.
Rice Variety: Gohyakumangoku.
Rice Polishing Ratio (Seimaibuai): 60%.
