This wine wear a pale yellow with some green reflects which indicates a great freshness. Its elegant aromas remind us elderflower, lime flower, lemon balm and Gravensteiner apple. Soft smocked aroma in mouth with a well balance vivacity. On the palate you feel the harmony between its dry aspects and its freshness, purity but also elegance thanks to its acidity. We can feel a spicy touch as licorice.

Pair with roasted meats with pan sauce and mushrooms, pumpkin ravioli, pork chops and roasted vegetables.
