A premium, sparkling hard cider produced by Wölffer Estate Vineyard based in Sagaponack, NY. It is widely recognized for its vibrant pink color, refreshing effervescence, and sophisticated flavor profile that bridges the gap between traditional cider and rosé wine.
Appearance: Bright, shiny, pale rose pink with a persistent, playful CO2 mousse.
Aroma: Fresh and fruit-driven, featuring prominent notes of sweet apple, Crispin blossoms, honeysuckle, and light yeast undertones.
Palate: Pure, crisp, and exceptionally clean. It strikes a harmonious balance between sweet fruitiness and vibrant, wine-like acidity, with subtle tannins from the grape skins providing structure.
Finish: Long, refreshing, and clean with a lingering fruity aftertaste. While labeled "dry," its flavor leans slightly semi-dry due to its fruit-forward character.

Ingredients: Made from a select blend of hand-picked New York State apples (including varieties grown by the Halsey family in Bridgehampton). Its distinctive pink color comes from the addition of grape skin extract.
