Alto Canto Blanco Tequila

ALTO CANTO is born in the Sierra del Tigre mountains, in the Jalisco highlands, 9,000 feet above sea level. Up there, the silent flight of the hummingbird and the wind among the trees become the only music, the highland song that never ends.

A truly incomparable small batch spirit, unique in its process. Using only organic agaves and natural spring water, through a process of spontaneous malolactic fermentation and high-altitude distillation, the results are unique. At sight, clear and translucent, at taste, with notes and hints of vanilla, caramel, butter and moist soil.
