Coola Wines was established as a partnership between the Ellis family of Mount Gambier and the Altschwager + Kenneally family winemaking company. The Ellis family is a pioneering farming family in South Australia and has spearheaded viticulture in Mount Gambier since 1999. The Altschwager + Kenneally families partnered in 2013 and specialize in making wines from South Australia and the South Island of New Zealand. 

The Chardonnay has a beautiful nose of lemon curd, sea salt, and ripe peach. On the palate, you will find a touch of oak, lemon curd, cream, peach, and white nectarine, with sea salt on the finish that makes you crave another sip.
