Aged 19 months in barrel, 10% of which are new. Three rounds of battonage, racked at 15 months.
The nose is quite expressive with aromas of stone fruit, flint, and citrus zest. On the palate, this Bourgogne Blanc is generous and well-structured, with a beautiful richness and balanced acidity. The finish is long and elegant, marked by notes of lemon curd and fresh pastry, with persistent minerality that brings freshness and lift.
