All the Poco a Poco wines are made from Organic grapes, and half are Biodynamic. Not all of our growers are certified, but they all adhere to the standards. Most of the grapes are sourced from Mendocino County, where we can find high-quality grapes for a good value, many more Organic vineyards, and a down-to-earth attitude. When the grapes arrive at the winery, they are treated with care and processed in small batches. 

This particular wine offers a unique aroma of cherries, wet forest floor, and licorice abound. The palate mirrors the aromas with a hint of cumin, light tannins, and texture for a beautifully complex finish.
