A blend of 60% Grenache with 10% each of Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan and Cinsault, the wine is fermented and aged in concrete tanks. It shows a balance and purity of fruit that is especially attractive compared to the many over-ripe and heavily extracted wines found in the Southern Rhône.

The bright, pure nose shows fresh cherry-laced fruit undercut with warmer notes of licorice, black olive, and dried herbs. Pair with red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
